Numbers are rendered in a standard font at the bottom-center of each page, formatted as the current page number followed by the total page count (for example, 3 / 12). This makes long documents, reports, legal filings, and multi-chapter PDFs easier to navigate and reference. The tool processes each page server-side and the output PDF is indistinguishable from a document numbered in a desktop editor.
